Alrighty, so now it has been 2 years since my last post! Yes peeps, I am on a roll. First of all, I forget I have this blog. Second, when I do remember I have it, I can't remember my password. Third, everyone else's blogs are so fun to look at, I don't have time for my own. Oh well, if at first you don't succeed, next time fail better (or something). So here we go again.....

Today was my birthday and I spent a perfect fall day with peeps I love, what more could ya want. Oh, a pair of BOSE noise cancelling headphones you say? Well I am a very fortunate daughter who got those as well (thanks mom and dad :)

Also, for some bizarre reason (mostly the need for a creative outlet) I decided to decorate for Halloween last week. Those who know me well know I do not like Halloween and were very surprised by this. I HATE being scared, I hate scary things, I hate things that go bump in the night, I hate things that are creepy, I hate.....well you get the point. So, why spend time decorating for this dreadful holiday. You got me. But as you can see it's more festive than scary.

Since I have posted my first entry to Dinner-Belles (thanks to Mandy), I thought it would be a good time to post a little suh um suh um on the blog I started on night shift about- oh- a year ago. As summer is winding down I am feeling a little melancholy, this was a great summer for Kerry and I, mostly because it is the longest we have lived together in 7 years!! I apologize to the friends and family I have neglected while enjoying this new novelty. We have taken up golf, which seemed like a good idea in the beginning, but has now turned into an unhealthy obsession. Kerry is a little worse off than I am, I often awaken at 2am to find him still glued to the golf channel, that's just sad. The horses have also benefitted from the new arrangement, all 3 are living happily together and have had the chance to go on weekly excursions up the canyon which they seem to really enjoy. Our yard is looking better than ever thanks to a lot of hard work by Kerry and a pretty mild summer by Utah standards. Well I don't know that I can keep up with Ben and Mandy and post daily, hopefully it won't be another year before I post again :) But if you get to wondering what we are up to, feel free to stop by anytime...we'd love to see ya.
